FoxConsulting. is an owner-managed consultancy. Matthias Fox created the company after gathering in-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of development, program management and sales.
During his academic education in Germany and England, he obtained a Dipl.Ing. and B.Eng.Hons. degree in Automobile Engineering and a MBA in International Automotive Industry.
He developed his global experience in multinational companies such as Nissan UK, Carcoustics and SRG Global.
With his multicultural background, trilingual German, English and Spanish language skills and his global work experience in different countries and cultures, he quickly became an expert in global sales organizations, professional relation management and sustainable growth strategies.

Manage design release and engineering changes with emphasis on costing, quoting, planning and implementation.
Represent client at customer events, meetings and workshops.
Coordinate activities concerning technical developments and resolving of engineering, design and test problems.
Serve as primary engineer contact for all customer departments.
Support manufacturing process improvements (VA/VE activities).
Act as plant liaison for customers and suppliers.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
Maintain and improve product quality and ensure proper handling of all nonconforming products.
Implement and control containment actions, disposition, and release of materials in Quality Hold area at customer.
Perform product launch quality activities in accordance with APQP/PPAP and customer guidelines.
Develop, monitor, analyze and improve KPI’s for assigned product lines.
Participate in root cause analysis and definition of corrective and preventive actions and 8D reports
